Notice about Promotions: Promotions are not able to be combined with one another. If multiple discounts are available, they can be applied to future visits within 180 days of the discount becoming available to you.
New Patients: We offer 50% off the price of your second visit (up to 60 minutes of time and excluding procedures and infusions).
Vaccination Discount: We at Preefer Pain Relief believe that vaccinations can save lives. Not everyone is able to be vaccinated for a variety of reasons. We want to incentivize all patients who are able to be vaccinated to become vaccinated in order to serve our immune compromised community members.
- Initial discount of 20% off your first visit (up to 60 minutes of time and excluding procedures and infusions) after receiving all rounds of each of the following vaccines: Hepatitis B, Rotavirus, Diptheria/Tetanus/Acellular Pertussis (DTaP), Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), Pneumococcal conjugate (PCV 13), Pnneumococcal polysaccharide (PPSV23), Poliovirus, Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR), Varicella or titer showing antibodies, Hepatitis A, Meningococcal A and B, and COVID-19
- For those with age-related vaccines that come later in life (such as herpes zoster), a 10% discount will be applied to any visit (up to 60 minutes of time and excluding procedures and infusions) after receiving the full course of the vaccine.
- Yearly discount of 10% off any visit (up to 60 minutes of time and excluding procedures and infusions) after receiving boosters for any of the following diseases: COVID-19, Influenza, Tetanus/Diptheria/Acellular Pertussis (TDaP).
Yearly Physical Exam: Patients will receive a 10% discount to any visit (up to 60 minutes of time and excluding procedures and infusions) after at least one visit with their primary care provider that includes a 7+ system physical exam and overall health assessment.
Volunteerism: We at Preefer Pain Relief want to reward community members who give back to the community. While financial assistance to organizations is a blessing, we want to encourage people to be active members in their communities. As such, tell us if you volunteer your time for any organization that promotes public health initiatives, provides for people of disadvantaged populations, or otherwise promotes the well-being of any community within 200 miles of Los Altos, California. We will give you a 10% discount to any visit (up to 60 minutes of time and excluding procedures and infusions).
